Welcome and greetings to the cozy restaurant on the Seiser Alp - the Nordic Ski Center. The beautiful mountain restaurant is located right next to the Seiser Alm mountain station and is an ideal starting point from which to explore the breathtaking mountain world of the largest high alpine pasture in Europe. But the Nordic Ski Center is also a wonderful place to stop after a long and wonderful day on the Seiser Alm. For us, the well-being of our guests is our top priority. The idyllic location and the fantastic view of the alpine landscape contribute a lot to the extraordinary flair of our house, but this alone does not make for a coherent overall concept. The finest food, delicious drinks and of course the good atmosphere in our team are equally important components that ultimately compliment our restaurant on the Seiser Alm.

The warm and sociable atmosphere of the team is immediately passed on to the guests and makes a stay at the Nordic Ski Center a great and beautiful part of the overall "Alpe di Siusi" experience. Many of our guests have been coming back to us for years and see the Nordic Ski Center as an important part of their vacation in the Dolomites. What could be nicer than enjoying delicious baked goods, fine cakes and unique ice cream dishes after a day on the mountain pasture? If you're really hungry, hearty specialties from South Tyrolean cuisine await you. Those who just want to enjoy the gigantic panoramic view with a delicious drink can make themselves comfortable on our sunny terrace.

As we all know, the journey is the destination, although we at the Nordic Ski Center mountain restaurant on the Seiser Alm do not agree 100% with this saying... We do think that our restaurant at the mountain station is an ideal excursion destination for all visitors on the Seiser Alp in the Dolomites of South Tyrol - summer and winter! But of course the Seiser Alm has a veritable cornucopia of wonderful excursion destinations on offer. Impressive natural spectacles, breathtaking panoramic views and historic sights line the many hiking trails.

The numerous hiking trails run through this natural paradise like a dense network. Particularly impressive are the hikes on the Schlern, the circuit around the Sassolungo group with the Sassolungo and Sassopiatto and the Puflatsch circuit. But a summit tour on the Sasso Piatto is also an unforgettable experience. The great thing about this tour is the fact that even inexperienced people with no climbing ambitions can attempt this summit. Other hiking trails on the Seiser Alm are themed and offer many educational insights into nature, the country and its people.

Hiking on the Seiser Alp is, in the truest sense of the word, not only popular with long-established hiking enthusiasts - the enchanting landscape of Europe's largest high alpine pasture acts as a magnet for nature lovers, walkers and Nordic walkers. Other outdoor sports enthusiasts have also discovered the Seiser Alm for themselves! Mountain bikers and mountaineers in particular appreciate the diverse and impressive mountain scenery that the Seiser Alm has to offer. The beautifully located Nordic Ski Center mountain restaurant opposite the mountain station is of course ideal for talking everything through again before the nature adventure on the alpine pasture while enjoying a refreshing drink. The majority of our guests, however, come to us after their fabulously beautiful day in nature to relax in a comfortable atmosphere, to regain strength and of course to review the great impressions of the day.

It doesn't always have to be hiking on the Seiser Alm - exploring the spectacular mountain scenery can just as easily be done on a mountain bike. A dense network of well-marked cycle paths runs through the Alm and leads visitors across lush flower meadows, through resinous mixed forests and, of course, up to the majestic mountain giants that watch over the Seiser Alm. Mountain climbers will also find fantastic conditions here. The Schlern alone offers mountain tours and steep walls that easily meet all requirements. Our restaurant on the Seiser Alm awaits you after a fantastic day with delicious food and refreshing drinks.

From our restaurant you can head straight into the snow fun - the Seiser Alp ski area awaits its guests with great slopes, endless cross-country trails, an amazing snow park, toboggan runs and much more! The Nordic Ski Center opposite the Seiser Alm mountain station is the place to meet either before or after an unforgettable day in one of the hottest ski areas in all of South Tyrol. Skiers will find truly paradisiacal conditions on the Seiser Alm. 60 km of very different slopes easily fulfil all expectations - from optimal practice slopes for beginners to the black run that is fun even for experienced ski professionals. All slopes can also be covered in snow, which guarantees unadulterated skiing fun at all times. Professional ski schools, great lifts, children's slopes and the Witches' Tour make the Seiser Alm the most family-friendly ski region in the whole country. The ADAC ski guide even chose the Seiser Alm as one of the three most child- and family-friendly ski areas in the entire Alpine region.

1.5 kilometers long and filled with crazy obstacles, the legendary King Laurin Snowpark is a real blast! Depending on their skills, boarders can try the Easy, Medium or Pro Line. Over 50 different boxes, wops, kicker lines and rails promise adrenaline-filled descents. A cool special feature of this snowpark is the Wood Line - the obstacles are made of wood and bring their own flair to the whole thing! The King Laurin Snowpark is also one of the safest in all of South Tyrol.
